Content development isn't a typical part of a graphic designer's role, but it's become one of the most complex and rewarding aspects of my work. Sitting at the intersection of information architecture, editorial process, and cross-functional collaboration, this work requires a deep understanding of product positioning, high-level thinking, and the ability to translate between teams who don't always speak the same language. 
AI-Supported Workflows
I developed an AI-assisted workflow to bridge our technical and editorial teams, helping translate complex product-specific science information into usable content for writers. Our product design team provides product specs and science context, our company AI platform distills it into clear notes for our editorial partners. The content is reviewed by our design team again for accuracy, keep informed humans in the loop at each stage. This process respects both the integrity of the source material and the expertise of our in-house teams.
